As the world-famous restaurant elBulli is set to close from July 2011, Phaidon Press presents an exclusive evening with chef Ferran Adrià in conversation with his long-time friend, and leading food-writer, Colman Andrews.
For one night only Phaidon will be taking over the main lecture theatre at London's Royal Geographical Society for a public conversation with Ferran Adrià, the internationally-acclaimed chef behind elBulli, and Colman Andrews, author of Reinventing Food, Ferran Adrià: The Man Who Changed The Way We Eat.
Tickets to the event cost £24 and include a copy of Colman's biography of Ferran Adrià, available for collection on the door. A book signing will take place after the audience question and answer session.
